Safe, Secure and Licensed Dog Boarding
Here at Bella's House, not only are we dedicated dog owners ourselves, we also provide a professional service with high standards of welfare. Our home has been inspected and approved by Bournemouth Borough Council to certify that a safe and suitable environment is being offered and we also have specialist insurance that covers the services provided.
Free Meet and greet
Before any booking is made, a free 'meet and greet' session must take place. This service allows your dog to get to know us and us to get to know them; that way they’ll be more relaxed when the time comes for their stay. During the meet and greet, we will discuss your dog's usual routine and their individual needs. It is also a great opportunity for yourself and your dog to meet me, and resident dog Teddy and ask any questions that you may have.
Trials
After the initial meet and greet, a trial day or night will be available to book for further peace of mind if you are not sure how your dog will react to being in a new environment without you. It allows them to familiarise themselves with the surroundings before a longer stay is booked. These are charged at standard rates and are essential for bookings of one week or more.
Our Home
Bella's House is situated within a 5 minute walk to the River Stour which offers several beautiful walks and trails. This means that there is no need for any unnecessary car journeys whilst your dog is staying with us. At home, it is just myself (Sophia), and my Mum (Heidi), along with resident dog, Teddy. We have a secure fenced in garden with lots of grass to run around on.
